Authored the following topics: commercial leases, incorporation and partnership, employment contracts, trademarks, trade secrets, business planning, independent contractors, discrimination in the work place, legal aspects of a franchise, business insurance, license agreements, and buying and selling a business. Published various articles on topics related to legal aspects of operating a business.
