Represented clients before the following tribunals: California and Federal courts; California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, California Labor Commissioner, California Employment Development Department Office of Appeals, Internal Revenue Service, and private arbitration.Represented clients in mediations and judicial settlement conferences.
